Thanks for the reply. Still struggling with the Harmony remote to work with MP. Did you use the iMon USB receivers_05_12_2008_test or the Imon USB receivers_05_14_2008_test? Is this an important step for the Harmony remote or just for an USB mouse/keyboard?

Did you configure (via the Logitech software) your Harmony remote as a MCE remote or as a MP remote?

I did not change anything else besides the steps mentioned above in my post. My remote is working fine.

I followed all these steps but my Harmony One remote (configurated as MediaPortal remote via the Logitech software) is still not working properly! Do I need some adjustment(s) in the Soundgraph Imon software that is also used for the VFD(I removed the Antec VFD software)????

Ik zal je op de hoogte houden.

Ik heb nu eerst alles in MCE draaiend en wil graag ook het EK in HD zien. Maar ziggo heeft gisteren iets veranderd waardoor ik nu zwart beeld heb. Erg irritant. Alles werkt behalve nederland HD.

Ik ben er nog niet aan toegekomen om met de slaapstand e.d. te experimenteren. Helaas kan ik je op dit moment dus niet verder helpen. Mocht je een en ander werkend krijgen, laat het me dan even weten, dan kunnen anderen er ook van leren.

Hoi Gertjan,

Ik heb een vraagje aan je.
Ik probeer ook MediaPortal werkend te krijgen maar loop tegen het volgende probleem aan.
Als ik het systeem in slaapstand zet en dan weer uitslaap stand haal dan wilt het mediaportal niet meer werken. Loopt vast.
Zo ver ik het kan achter halen is het een conflict tussen de TV server en MP. Ik heb alle instellingen geprobeerd in de 2 powersaving plugins maar niets wilt werken.
Ik gebruik hetzelfde moederbord met een 4850e processor.
Heb jij hiermee problemen zo niet hoe heb jij het ingesteld ?

I tested the MST program to
shutdown the computer with te remote,
but it overwrite the remote settings.

Perhaps I will try this later,
but first I want the system to work.

The only remote button that does not work is the Back (Prev) button.
Although I thought that this button was ment to go one menu level back.
Do you have a clue?

I don't have problems with slow reactions, the system is reacting as expected.

I didn't work on the shutdown through the remote yet, but someone pointed me to this thread [http://www.degroeneknop.nl/forum/index.php/topic,3135.0.html] on De Groene Knop (the thread is in english).

Thanks to this guide i got it to work.
I'm using the exact same configuration as you.

My problem is that the remote reacts slow, do
you have that same problem?

Can you tell me how I can shutdown the computer using the remote?
